It may suit you if having established everyday services nearby is important while you are still looking for opportunities to build new.
Morayfield sits alongside Caboolture and offers access to established retail and services as well as newer residential areas.
It is worth comparing if you want to stay within the northern Moreton Bay corridor while having plenty of everyday amenities already around you.
Burpengary sits further south and can offer another balance between established community infrastructure and newer residential development.
Think about where you will need to travel regularly and whether its position between Brisbane and the northern parts of Moreton Bay works for you.
Narangba is another established option closer to Brisbane, with schools, transport and services already within the area.
It may appeal if you want to explore building new without moving as far north as Caboolture or Waraba.

How often will you need to travel towards Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast or elsewhere?
Consider access to the Bruce Highway, train services and the trips you will make regularly.
Look at shops, healthcare, schools, parks and other everyday services.
This is particularly important in newer communities such as Waraba.
Compare block sizes, lot widths, slope and how the site works with your preferred home.
Check whether land is titled and when you could realistically start building.
