Our facades
Your floorplan decides how your home works. Your facade decides how it greets you at the end of the day. Every Mayde home design can be paired with our range of facades, giving you plenty of freedom to choose the exterior style that feels right for you.
Premium facades.
Our premium facades take things a little further, introducing stronger architectural forms, additional detailing and more pronounced material combinations. The product book currently includes Aspect, Profile, Ridge and Linear.
Choosing your facade
Some people know immediately which exterior they like. Others need to see a few side by side before it clicks.
Because the facade range is available across Mayde home designs, you can choose the floorplan that works for your life and the exterior that feels most like you.
Your block or estate may have design guidelines that affect some exterior selections, and premium facade options may involve an additional cost. We will take you through the relevant options as part of the process.
